Real estate development
Dalael business has developed a number of raw lands and participated in the development of real estate projects, including Al Dalam Plan project, which is located in Al Dalam Governorate on an area of 575,912 square meters and consists of 40 blocks and 463 commercial (35%) and residential (65%) plots of different sizes, served by streets with widths (40m, 30m, 25m, 15m, 12m) and that 95% of the internal streets are 15m wide.
Property management
Property management is one of the real estate services provided by Dalael business, as it currently manages a number of commercial and residential towers and buildings. The company operates in accordance with the Executive Regulations for Real Estate Offices issued by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 334 dated 7/3/1398H and the Minister of Commerce Decision No. 1704


Rent system
The rent system is one of the new and essential areas in the real estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing to organize and facilitate the procedures of the real estate rental sector in the Kingdom with incentive systems and mechanisms to preserve rights and achieve balance in the real estate market
Owners' union
The first bylaws of the owners' association in Saudi Arabia were issued in accordance with the Real Estate Unit Ownership and Sorting Law issued by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 40 dated 9/2/1423 AH, crowned by Royal Decree No. M5 dated 11/2/1423 AH, and its amendments and executive regulations issued by Ministerial Decision No. (11985) dated 21/2/1424 AH. In order to regulate the relationship between the owners and occupants of residential units with common ownership by establishing rules, regulations and control mechanisms, organizing property management services and facilities, and playing an educational and awareness role to ensure the preservation of rights and good utilization and promote the culture of coexistence.
